Extended Returns Policy – Nest Ever

At Nest Ever, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Partial returns are also accepted.


1. How to Return

You must return the item(s) within 28 days of receiving your full order. Please ensure you include your order number inside the package for quicker processing.

2. Product Condition

You may try the product just as you would in a physical store. When returning, please make sure:

  • All original tags are attached

  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging

  • There are no signs of wear, washing, or use

If a returned item is incomplete, damaged, washed, or shows any visible signs of use, a deduction may be made from your refund. The amount of this value reduction will be determined by Nest Ever.


3. Excluded Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This includes sealed items that have been opened, such as baby carriers that show clear signs of use or products no longer in hygienic condition.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are not covered by Nest Ever. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe and timely delivery.
