1. What age or weight are your carriers suitable for?

Our carriers are designed for babies from approximately 6 months up to 20 kg (around 4 years old), depending on your child’s size and development.

2. Can I use the carrier with a newborn?

Our current carriers are best suited for babies who have strong neck control (typically 6 months+). We are working on options suitable for younger infants.

3. Is the carrier adjustable for different body types?

Yes! Our carriers are fully adjustable and designed to fit a wide range of body shapes and sizes comfortably — both mums and dads.

4. Are your carriers certified for safety?

Yes. Nest Ever carriers are tested to meet international safety standards including ASTM F2907-22 and CEN/TR 16512-2015. We also work with certified suppliers and fabrics that meet GOTS, Oeko-Tex and BSCI standards.

5. Where are your carriers made?

Our carriers are thoughtfully designed in the UK and manufactured in certified facilities to ensure top-quality craftsmanship.

6. Can I breastfeed while using the carrier?

Yes, with some practice, many parents find it possible to breastfeed in the carrier. However, always follow safety guidelines and never leave your baby unattended during nursing.

7. Is the carrier machine washable?

Yes. You can machine wash your carrier at 30°C on a gentle cycle. We recommend using a laundry bag and letting it air dry. Avoid tumble drying or bleaching.

8. Can I return or exchange my carrier?

Yes! We offer a 28-day return policy. Carriers must be unused, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.

10. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days, and international shipping can take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

11. Can I carry my child on my back with this carrier?

At the moment, our carriers are designed for front-carry (hip) use only. Back-carry is not supported.

12. Is there a warranty on your carriers?

Yes! We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear.
